Boat Transportation to Epcot

Is there boat transportation to and from Epcot from DD? If we decide to drive to DD do you have to pay for parking?
 
There is no boat transportation between EPCOT and Downtown Disney (bus only).

Parking at DD is free unless you elect to use the valet parking available in the Pleasure Island section.
