Boat Rentals - Rec Family Plan ? Capts Plan?

Can anyone point me in the right direction for information on boat rentals plans and prices ? I have heard of plans you can purchase ? Will be staying at the WL and would like to rent one of the larger boats 4+ adults and possiblly bring and have refreshments brought on board.
