Boat Launch Hours

What is the earliest time I can catch a boat from the Magic Kingdom to The Grand Floridian? Have a 9am ADR at The Grand Floridian Cafe and would like to get there by boat. I'm worried I won't make it on time if the boats don't start running early enough. Also, is there a boat that goes directly from the MK boat launch to Ft. Wilderness or does it stop first at The Grand Floridian first?

Official policy is that boats start running 30 minutes prior to park opening, so it depends on park hours the day you have your reservation. If it's foggy, boats don't run and you'll have to take the monorail. There are several boat routes that serve Magic Kingdom. One runs in a triangle, stopping at Poly, GF, and MK (not sure of the order; I think it varies). Another route goes from MK to WL, a third from MK to FW. At less busy times they sometimes combine routes and go MK to FW to WL to MK (again, I may have the order reversed).
