boat from WL to MK during MVMCP?

For those of you who have done MVMCP or MNSSHP and have taken the boat from WL to MK for the party in the evening how long did you have to wait for a boat? Was it packed?
We have dinner ressies @ WC Cafe and can't decide to drive over to MK or take the boat.
Any tips or suggestions are appreciated.

Take the boat. We stayed at WL last year and did this. It seemed as if they had extra boats so that even if one filled up another was a couple of minutes behind. Some of the boats go to the campground first, but that only adds 5-10 minutes. It is so nice to come out of MVMCP when it is late and just go to the boat dock rather than the monorail/ferry and then tram to the parking lot. So yes, the boats are very regular!

The most they'll run will be 3 boats... the reason being, that's all we have! Well, unless you want to get into the imaginary boat. But you might get wet. However, with three boats running, they come fairly quickly.
