Boat from PO to Downtown Disney

does anyone know if you can still take a boat from PO to Downtown Disney or in my case from Downtown to PO and if so, what hours the boat runs?

When I was there in Septembe is was running, a very nice relaxing trip. I believe that it starts running at 4:00 and I think the last trip from DTD was around 11:00
