boat from Beach Club to Epcot, How often?

How often does the boat from Beach Club go to Epcot with 6 pm
a general time frame of leaving.? Would it be quicker to walk?

Does the same boat serve Boardwalk?

It is a longer walk to the boat dock than to Epcot! It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Epcot from Beach Club.

The boat leaves every 15 or 20 minutes, but it goes over to Boardwalk before going to Epcot. It would be quicker to walk, even at a slow pace it shouldn't take more than 10 or 15 minutes.

If it's very hot/humid - you may want to take the boat!

If you stay in the rooms closer to EPCOT go out the side door. The walk to EPCOT will be closer than the walk to the boat dock. Even if it's hot and humid walk.

Also to note that the boat is the one leaving MGM stops at swan&dolphin, then boardwalk then Y&Bclub then onto epcot where it reverses the stops. Its much easier to walk as the stop is over by mid to end of y.club area

I thought the route from MGM to Epcot was MGM-Swan/Dolphin-Y&BC-Boardwalk with the reverse route from Epcot back to MGM. I agree that it is quicker to walk from Y&BC to Epcot, although my DW finds the A/C on the boat a nice break, particularly when returning from the park on a hot and humid day.
