Ok, so boat crashing is the easiest way to earn credits. I had a feeling that would be the answer when I asked in the nightmare thread. To make it interesting I put my clock on the side and timed myself. I can't see to complete the whole thing in less than 1 minute 15 secs. I count from the time I click on start game to the time I am back in the lobby with the other players waiting. oh, and BTW, while I was typing this.. I could have been getting 60 credits! :p
I'm thinking of opening a room called "Sailors hospital - A quiet place to recuperate from that terrible boat crash"

Another good way to see how much time it is between games is to check the time on the note from the VMK Administrator congratulating you and giving you 20 credits each time. :)

as long as you keep your finger on two arrow keys at the same time and keep yourself on the first screen, you should (depending on internet load times) be able to keep it between 1 and 1 1/2 minutes. :)

2 keys? I just back up as soon as i get in the boat to the narrower dock under the bridge. Then i just have to hit the left arrow key and i keep crashing into the dock like this:

Well, I used to start crashing right away, then go on to the next screen and actually take photos while I'm crashing, just to keep it from being too boring. I tried to get as many points as possible while at the same time getting to 0 gas asap. Then I realized I could save a few precious seconds if I stayed on the first screen. So now I crash and zoom forward, backward, then back and forth until I come to the grim end, all while staying on the first screen. Making phone calls while nedding is a good way to do it too, obviously with the volume down. :boat:
Oh, and NJ Mike, it would take just under 17 hours of nedding to get those 10000 credits (500 crashes) at about 30 crashes per hour. I figured it conservatively of course. We do have to eat, drink and well.. whatever.

It doesn't REQUIRE two, but it makes time go faster. If you continue to hold the "back" key you end up on another screen, adding to your game time.

Here's the method I use (Fly does now too, I think).

use down/left until you disappear from left of screen.
use up/left until you get to the right end of the dock.
use down and toggle left/right to crash side to side until you get to the bridge.
use down/left until you disappear from left of screen.
use up/left until you run out of gas! :)
