Boardwalk

We are staying at BCV for one night prior to a cruise and are wondering what is going on for entertainment on the boardwalk and what time it starts. We will have our DD6 with us so we aren't going into the clubs but I thought there was some streetmosphere on the boardwalk?

We are going in the fall during a slow season so maybe nothing will be happening on the boardwalk that time of year?

We've only been once, in the late afternoon and it was dead.

You can do the bike rentals all day and into the night. The games and whatever performers are going to be around I think start arountd 7-8 :00(weather permitting). There is a game room next to ESPN and will be open or take a walk over to Beaches and Cream and get ice cream (sit down or to go).

Also at BCV, there is a movie and smores on the beach.

Be sure to go over at night. Many of the NW street performers make a point of including kids you DD's age in their acts. The ice cream cones at Seashore Sweets is great also. Or bring your suits and hop to the Luna pool so your daughter can try the Keister Coaster. Usually there is a hair wrapping kiosk at night that she might like.

Some of the performers will go in and perform in the lobby when it rains. We saw the magician last year.

the bridg ebetween BWI and Beach club has the best "not in the park" viewing of Illuminations.

I would go over to the Boardwalk thread to learn about the dif. shows. they are typically magic, jggler, etc shows. the performer puts out a long rope around him for peole to stand around. they typically shoose people, often kids as volunteers.
