Boardwalk water view question?

Hi!

Just a tad bit excited about booking for May 2020 today, so I'm quelling my off -line enthusiasm by asking questions here.

We booked a water view. I really didn't plan to have any requests since I'm pretty much paying for the view I want, but then I though better of that.

Are any views obstructed?
Any floor more desirable?
We want to see the Boardwalk itself, any rooms to try to avoid?

The Inn side, thanks - I should have mentioned that!

With a water view room you should be looking out on the Boardwalk, however it is possible your room may look out on the green area with a partial view of the Boardwalk and lake. I have had that view and it is really nice.
