Far and away, we loved the Boardwalk and would stay there again in a heartbeat. We seriously have a hard time choosing between BWV, OKW or Fort Wilderness cabins every trip. But even if we don't stay there, we valet park and spend time at the restaurants, bars, and use the boat to two parks. It's always going to feel like home. We shop at Seashore Sweets, Boardwalk Bakery and teh Screen Door for our souvenirs every trip. It's so beautiful to sit outside at Big River Grille at dusk, grab a Red Rocket
Ale and a burger and look at the resorts and Epcot from your table. The Yacht Club is so beautiful with the sun setting over the area. And the Boardwalk at night is gorgeous and fun.
Another perk we loved in the past was the Community Hall. Boardwalk has a lovely one, right at the villas quiet pool. We spent many afternoons in there doing crafts, playing games and swimming at the pools. It's lovely and secluded and it's along the waterway to DHS, so it's a really nice atmosphere there. With a 3 year old, you should absolutely spend time there. Our kids are getting to be too old to spend much time at Community Hall any more and we miss it.
