Boardwalk Villas and shipping a package

We will be staying at BWV beginning October 24, 2012. I want to ship a box of things and would like to klnow the proper way to do that. I prefer to use the prioroty box of the USPS. How do you address it so they hold it for you?
Is there a phone number for BWV so I could call them to let them know the box is coming.
We also are going to use Garden Grocer and not sure how that works with the resort...do they accept the delivery and keep it for you til you arrive?

I ship stuff to myself at WDW all the time.

Just make sure you address the package to the resort itself, not a PO Box.

Under the address, write "Attn: Guest <Your Name>" and under that write "Arriving <Your arrival date>"

They'll hold it for you until you check in.

As for Garden Grocer, the resort's luggage services department will hold it for you until you check in, if it arrives before you do. Garden Grocer themselves will text you when it is delivered, if you ask them to.
