This is where I knew I wanted to stay and boy was I right! I loved this place! The room was wonderful, bright and cheery!! Nice kitchen area and living area. My daughter chose to sleep on the pull-out both nights but I slept in the bedroom. The 2 separate bath areas are great! There was good water pressure in the shower and the big Jacuzzi tub was just what we needed after walking in the parks! We had picked up some bath bombs in Downtown Disney and put those to good use!!
We were close to the very end of the building so the walk from the elevator was also quite a hike. Thank goodness for the guys that helped with luggage! Our room was overlooking what I think they called “the quiet pool”. There were stairs close by that I could take to the designated smoking area where I met a sweet lady from the UK and I always enjoyed talking with her.
We LOVED the Boardwalk Bakery!!!!! We had one our QS lunches there and thoroughly enjoyed it! Every chance I got, I used my snack credit there for a yummy pastry or the iced coffee!
We ate at Kouzzina’s one night and it was pretty good. My daughter loved the pastitsio and it was quite tasty! The addition of cinnamon worked very well in it. I had the steak, I think it may have been a strip cut. I didn’t expect the stuff on top of it, the Herb Saltsa, and glad I tasted it first. It was spicy! I was able to rake it off. The waitress asked if I wanted it re-plated but I didn’t find it necessary. We had our deserts boxed up to go – baklava and fruit, and lots of it! The fruit went well with our lunch from the Bakery the next day!
Another dinner was at Teppan Edo at Epcot and it was good too! We walked over to Epcot from the Boardwalk.
Would I stay at Boardwalk Villas again? YES! YES! And YES!!!! The only con I found was the parking lot being so far away from the actual building. There is a long walk up that incline to the lobby! They do have valet parking but I chose to save that $20.

Thanks for the review. We have always wanted to stay there, but have difficulty getting reservations. We will keep trying. The bakery sounds amazing!

BWV is our home resort and we love it there! I don't mind the long walk to the elevators even after coming in from touring a park...the air conditioning is just a welcome relief at that point! Usually we just use the stairs anyway and enter the building closer to our room. We always stay in a 1-bedroom standard view. I always request to be across from the bus stop. This makes it so easy in the morning when we are taking a bus to MK...walk down the stairs, out the door and cross the street. We really just take the elevator if we are coming back from a park and too exhausted for that climb up the stairs (we've always been on the third floor so far...I request top floor though). Sometimes I think about how it would be to stay at a different resort, and DH and I talk about it from time to time, but we both agree that we would miss our beloved BWV.
