Boardwalk Valet for Big River Grille?

I plan on making a reservation at the Big River Grille through their own system (I know Disney doesn't do ADRs for this restaurant). It will be on 12/23 and I know people have said the Boardwalk often turns away those without ADRs for valet parking during this week. Is there a way this is doable and for me to prove that I have this reservation, if needed? No other place is available on the BW and we plan on leaving the car and heading to EPCOT for a few hours (now if someone would give up their Beaches and Cream ressies that day it would work out better for us LOL)

NOTE1: They have a good selection home brew, naturally. They also have a nice
variety of "bar food" appetizers, and a good choice of dinner entrees. Surprisingly
the food is only average. We like the Artichoke Dip, the Blackened Mahi Mahi,
Caesar Salad, and their Meatloaf. We think the ribs need a lot of help. Flame Tree
BBQ has far better ribs. They don't take Disney ressies, but you can call direct and
get "call-ahead-seating".

NOTE2: Usually the service is not very quick or friendly. The negative
is that they are far too overpriced for the quantity and quantity of food they serve.

NOTE3: Many folks make a ressie, park "valet" at the Boardwalk, eat and go to Epcot.
With the valet parking ($25+tip), you can park without the 3-hour limit.

I know it's gotten negative reviews but we eat there often when we are in the Disney area and oddly enough we like the food (and we are not 'chain restaurant' kinda people) My mom really enjoys the beer flights!
