Boardwalk to WL

The easiest answer which we will likely do is just take a Lyft because I know that there are no buses direct, but am I correct in thinking that we can't get to the monorail at Epcot from Boardwalk/Beach Club? On our split stay transfer day, DD and I were going to have a late lunch at Beaches & Cream and then head over to WL. I had thought of taking the monoral to MK and then the boat to WL but I wasn't sure if you can get from Boardwalk to the front entrance of Epcot to get to the monorail. Our other option I suppose would be to Skyline to HS and take a bus from there.

Yes you are correct. Unless you have park admission (and a reservation) you wouldn't be able to walk from International Gateway to the front of Epcot to catch the monorail.

Uber is the easiest. You could also try a bus to the MK and then the boat to WL. Won't be quick but will get you there for "free".
