Boardwalk standard view location suggestions.

We are going to be visiting the Boardwalk in October with a standard view and I want to request the best location for my young girls. They are ages 2 and 4. We would rather have a nice view than be close to a pool. We would rather be closer to Epcot than further away. Any areas end should request? Any info is appreciated.

We stayed there in 2009 and requested a garden view. We overlooked one of the courtyards and could see the France and the higher fireworks from illuminations from our balcony. We weren't far from the quiet pool, but we're not overlooking it.

I agree that a Garden view is the best thing you can request since the only other possible view is of the driveway that leads to the Boardwalk main entrance.

Boardwalk Inn or Boardwalk Villas?

DVC points so the Boardwalk Villas I believe.

DVC points means BWVillas and not the Inn. Standard view villas overlook the main entrance of the resort and not the pool (that's a preferred view).

For BWV standard view, I always request top floor, across from the bus stop. That gives you a view of the high fireworks from Illuminations. You can use the steps to get to the bus stop quick.
