boardwalk room view help!

I'm going in june. Where staying at boardwalk. need suggestions on room views. epcot view, mgm view or any good views. (i have perf. rooms)
any help will be appr. thanks

Our favorite preferred view rooms are first floor, quiet pool view. They give you quick access to the pool and Community Hall. The walkway to MGM is right there and right around the corner is the Luna Park Pool.

We have also had rooms overlooking Luna Park that you could see MGM from. They were nice and the view was great.

We are going to BWV in June also. The 2nd to the 15th actually. We go almost every year and we always request perferred view with a view of the quiet pool. The first floor might be good but I like one higher up because you also have a view of the canal that goes to MGM and sometimes a slight view of the fireworks at Fantasmic.
