Boardwalk room category

I currently have a Boardwalk water view room booked. Thoughts on keeping this room or move to CL? The only availability is the standard view for CL.
Never stayed at the Boardwalk before. Usually do monorail resorts.
Stayed one time at AKL CL and wasn’t impressed so I’m torn

The deciding factor for me would be the cost difference. I'm not a huge fan of "water view" at BWI and would rather have access to the lounge than have a view of any type. If there is a huge upcharge for CL, I would probably keep what I have. If the pricing is similar, I would switch to CL.

I like BW and like a water/boardwalk view. Depending on whether or not you'll be at the resort and in your room alot, it might be a waste. Same for CL. If you know you'll take advantage of the food offerings for CL and will be around the resort a good bit, then it might be worth it but if you're going to be out the whole day and not in your room much, I'd stick with a a regular room. Not sure of cost difference on this but if you're a snacker and can bypass sit down/QS meals, the cost for CL could be worth it. I like BW for the location, you can't beat walking/boat distance to two parks.

A standard club level room could be either a BW view, which would be a lake view or a garden view room. If you want a Boardwalk view room you could request it. Either way the club level at the Boardwalk is my favorite and oh so worth it!
