Boardwalk ROFR

Purchased a small boardwalk contract a couple weeks ago and it just came through ROFR! We were expecting it to come through in June or July but it came through only a couple weeks after purchase. This happen to anyone else? Also it was loaded.

I just heard back about my BWV offer today as well. Submitted to ROFR two weeks ago. Fully loaded with all 2017 points banked into 2018 and full points going forward. I think a lot of BWV contracts passed ROFR today.

Congratulations on your contract! My loaded 50 point contract passed in just shy of 3 weeks. Still waiting on the closing docs though!

You won’t get closing documents until an estoppel has been issued by Disney. That can take another 2-3 weeks.

Our small 50 point contract was also waived by Disney in less than 3 weeks

Ours was waived in just over 2 weeks. We also received closing docs within a couple days of that. Returned them that day and sent wire asap. It was just under a month from offer to close.

ROFR has had a quick turn around lately. Nothing like when we purchased our last resale contract. It took nearly 30 days just for the ROFR process then.
