Boardwalk Quiet Pool - construction?

We are headed down to Boardwalk Inn next week. I read in a newsletter that there is construction at the Boardwalk Quiet pool, but it did not mention if it was the Inn quiet pool or the Villas quiet pool.

Does anyone know?

It's probably the quiet pool on the Inn side.

I read the DVC Forum everyday and no one has mentioned any pool work whatsoever planned or going on on the BWV side - I'm sure that someone would have posted something on it if anything were going on there.

I assume you know that any guest of either the BWI or BWV can use any one of the resort's 3 pools and are just worried about the view or noise.

This is our first trip to BWI and we are so excited about staying there.

On the Villa side, the quiet pool definately has a hot tub. Can't say for the Inn side.

Does any one know where? Should we ask for a specific are for our room?

Yep! Just stop reading those newletters and second guessing yourself - you'll be fine!

The piping work moves around, so unless you have good accurate info directly from the resort, you're not going to kow where it is anyway. There has been some discussion of it on the DVC Forum for the BWV. I don't know if there is any piping work being done on the Inn side or not. IIRC, no one said the piping work interferred with their vacation.

So QUIT WORRYING! Start thinking abount how much fun you are going to have and find something to do besides reading newsletters. Are you packed yet?

We just got back from a week at BWV and everything was great. Any construction (not near the Villa quiet pool, btw) is not really noticeable or loud. Only problem we had was inconsiderate neighbor talking on her cell phone too loudly on the balcony at 12:30am! We loved it there and are looking forward to next trip in 2006.
