Yes, it's $115 pp. When we asked a guide last month about buying BCV direct he checked and didn't have our Feb UY and no last year's points. Could be different for you.

Have you considered a resale purchase? The range of prices for resale is between $55-$75 a point, and many contracts have points from 2011 and 2012. It's something worth crunching the numbers on.
