Does anyone know when the last time the rooms at the Boardwalk Inn were refurbished and updated?

The Villas aren't on the same refurb schedule as the rest of the resorts (they are "guest" owned) so many of them haven't been refurbished since they were built, or at least in a long time.

A BWV refurb was completed in 2010.

It included:
All units repainted
New carpet, drapes and bedspreads
Flat panel TVs and DVD players
New armoire
New dishwasher, range, refrigerator and microwave
Existing furniture--including sofas, coffee tables and headboards--were refinished and/or reupholstered

There were a lot of villas already completed by Sept 2010. It took several months to complete all the villas.
