When I try to get a quote for 2 adults and 3 children at the BWI, it tells me that 4 people is the max at that resort and to chose another. I thought BWI had daybeds or a rollaway option or something like that so you could get 5 people in a room. Any info would be appreciated...thanks!

We had a BWI room that 2 beds and the daybed. A small child could definitely sleep on the daybed. So, 2 adults and 3 children under the age of 17 should work.

Where are you getting the quote from? Try calling CRO directly to speak with a CM or even call the resort for an answer.

Our room at BWI had 2 queens and a day bed. Based on my recommendation my friend with three kids stayed at BWI. Her 4 yr. old slept in the day bed, no problem. I too would suggest calling CRO directly.

This sounds like possible confusion between BoardWalk Inn and BoardWalk Villas (the DVC side of the resort). BoardWalk Inn rooms have an occupancy limit of 5 while BoardWalk Villas studios have an occupancy limit of 4.

Just wanted to reiterate what was said above.....the daybeds are small, similar to a toddler bed (not a full size twin).
