BoardWalk Inn Breakfast??

Hi, I am thinking of staying at the BWI but I have not stayed "on the BW" in years. What do they have to offer for a QUICK breakfast?? Thanks, Joan

Muffins and cinnamon rolls, etc. in the Bellevue Room

Boardwalk Bakery has pastries, cakes and breakfast sandwiches.

We often bring something back from Epcot the night before and put it in the fridge for breakfast the next morning.

Indeed. We either use the Bakery, or bring something back the night before.

If you mean in the actual hotel, there's not too much, but don't forget - you're right on the Boardwalk, right next to the S&D, which have plenty of places to eat.

You're also right next to Epcot and HS.

Hi, Thanks for the replies!! And yes I was thinking right IN the BWI,like the BC(where we usually stay) has the Marketplace. The Bellevue Room sounds GOOD,but I LOVE at BC that they have fresh fruit and yogurt parfaits at breakfast time! Joan

The Bellvue Room is the lounge/bar area in BWI. They put out some coffee and pastries from the bakery - but you cannot get "breakfast". The Bakery on the BW has yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, pastries, fruit, etc. It's a very short walk to the Bakery and a nice way to start the day. I used to LOVE walking on the Boardwalk before the hustle and bustle of the day. It's so peaceful to grab a coffee and....and sit on the boardwalk and watch it all go by.

If you're going with a family - as in more than 2 or 3 people - we found a GREAT deal by ordering the BW room service "Breakfast for Four". We mostly eat cereal in the room or grab something from the bakery, but we splurged. They brought up enough food to feed SEVEN of us! We were 4 adults and two small children who eat like BIG children - and my CM son dropped by - he's skinny but he's a big eater. The whole thing was about $60 - and we had food left over. It was less than we'd paid for a TS breakfast for 6 the day before. And we didn't have to get dressed.

Hi, THANKS for your post!! That is a GREAT idea for at least 1or 2 mornings! This trip is a LADIES only and there will be 3 of us,but my two friends NEED to EAT or else their bloodsugar CRASHES(and so do they!!) So that is why I need to be sure breakfast is readily available. Joan

This breakfast would be perfect for a "ladies" trip! Just fill out the menu form the night before and hang it on the outside of your door. You can have it delivered at whatever time you want. There are other choices, but we really enjoyed this one.
