We just got back from a week in the park and my kids played the fishing game. I understand that everyone wins a prize but I was wondering if our kids are just really lucky or if almost everyone wins the big ones...

They played 8 times (4 kids played twice - I paid $20) and we won 1 Large Goofy, 3 Medium Mickeys and 4 small prizes. By far the cheapest souvenir in the park! Is our experience "normal"?

I think I've won the non-small prize twice out of about 25 times. (And both times, it's because the cast member helped me).

I've yet to win the big prize on the Casey game, though I've played that about 5 times. One night I was there, there was a kid (late teens) who just kept playing. He played at least 20 times that night, and apparent the CM said he had played about 20 times the night before! He only won about 2 times of the times I saw.

What am I looking to spend there? Two kids who LOVE all arcade/boardwalk kind of games. What's the damage going to be?

Three of the games (Goofy's Fishing, Dumbo's Bucket Brigade/Water Gun Race, and the Skeeball/Bullseye's Horse Race) are $2.50 each. The Casey at the Bat pitching game is $5

We've done the fishing game 4 times and won 2 small and 2 large but oddly never a medium!

This last trip we did the water gun one and waited until it was just the 4 of us playing so DS was guaranteed to win a large Dumbo.

Alright so I admit I am not one who would pay for this type of game however I might look at it to have some gifts to give to family. Can any one tell me where to find pictures of these small stuffed animals (are the small ones every one wins no matter what?) and the big or med ones are the ones you really have to try to win?

What games have the "every one wins" rules.

The fishing game is the only one where everyone wins. You get a rod with a magnet and catch a fish in their little river, and there is a color on the bottom corresponding to the type of prize.

I've played it twice and only got the small ones. If I played until I got a larger one, I'd have too many stuffed animals. :P

You know what the fishing games, and those ring toss games are the only ones, oh and the balloon pop with a dart that I ever was any good at. Thanks.
Whated the small prizes look like or what kind were they?

I would also like to see pics of the prizes! :) (More specifically for the fishing game. Sounds like I'll be playing that, special thanks to this thread! ;))

We plan on playing the games this trip too! I know the kids will all play the fishing game for sure and I also want to do the water gun one.

Our kids love playing the Boardwalk game but they have never been that lucky.

Glad to see someone wins the big prizes:thumbsup2

If you're nice and play some of the games a few times when it's not busy and get the right CM, they will just give you the prize you want.
My DD loved the fishing game but didn't want all the little fish so they let her trade them to get whatever the prizes were she did want (I can't remember what the stuffies were right now).
We came home with 2 full sized Mickeys with fishing gear on, 2 full sized Dumbos, a bunch of small stuffed fish and some others I forget now because I gave them as gifts when we got home.

Little Known Fact: You can have them sent to your room at the DLR hotels so you don't have to carry them around! I think we had to walk them to the store next to the games and have them sent to the hotel.

This thread reminded me of when we were there in November. The cast member at the fishing game remembered my DD5 from the night before. She told him that she was really trying to win the Goofy this time. He said 'I have a feeling you might just win him this time' and she did! He didn't even check the color on the fish. He absolutely made her day :)
