We stay at the Boardwalk at least once a year. The following link to the Disney website might help:

Dining at Disney's Boardwalk Inn | Walt Disney World Resort (go.com)

The Flying Fish and ESPN Club currently are closed.

We have enjoyed breakfast and dinner at Trattoria al Forno, although it's not something we regularly do because of price.

My spouse loves a simple soup and sandwich from the Boardwalk Bakery.

I've had a couple of good meals and beers at the Big River Grille in 2021, although my spouse feels that the quality has declined since they reopened. (They were closed a long time for many months during the pandemic and had to rehire new staff.)

Check out the restaurants at the Swan and Dolphin. Il Mulino is a favorite of ours, but there are several other nice places - Shula’s Steakhouse, Bluezoo, Kimonos, maybe Amare at Swan Reserve.

I really like Ale & Compass (Yacht Club) for any meal. They have a good breakfast and a solid lunch and dinner -- really good burger & the Parker House rolls app is awesome. They also have an attached lounge and I believe will also do mobile order. Beaches & Cream at Beach Club is cute -- old fashioned soda fountain vibe with good burgers, milkshakes and sundaes. It's hard to get a reservation so also consider The Fountain at the Dolphin - it's walk-up only and lacks some of the atmosphere of Beaches & Cream but the food is great. If wanting a nicer dinner, we really enjoy Yachtsman Steakhouse (Crews Cup lounge next door to it serves the full menu but is walk-up only; note Yachtsman not open 7 days a week currently - check website), bluezoo (Dolphin) and Il Mulino (Swan). Had a great dinner at Trattoria al Forno (Boardwalk) and a good breakfast. Haven't been yet but hearing great things about Amare at Swan Reserve. Also, if you're night owls, believe their bar/lounge is open until 2am. Note that the Swan and Dolphin have their own app -- check that to get current days of operation and hours. If Flying Fish reopens by the time of your visit, I've always loved it.

For fast food, I found that staying at the Beach Club, for fast food I would go over to the Market at Ale and Compass. I found that even their prepackaged salads had better ingredients. Plus, there's a much better selection, IMO.

Definitely have Il Mulino on out list. We haven’t checked out the Swan Reserve yet. Is there a walkway to get there?
