Boardwalk Bikes

My kids saw photos of the Boardwalk bikes for 4 people, and love the idea of them. They are too young to reach the pedals, but that's ok. DH and I could do the work. ;-)

My question is - are those only for guests of the Boardwalk Inn? We are planning on staying at either BC, YC or BWI....and what is the rental cost?

You can rent the two seaters and the kids sit in front; there are seatbelts.

They are rented by the half hour. They are at several resorts.

as posted anyone can hire them - we did this last year after many years of being pestered. Signing the disclaimer for accidents etc. freaked me out a bit the kids enjoyed it but ours are older and to be honest it was harder steering with four would be pedallers. It reminded me of taking out one of the sea bikes in St Pete's just before a hurricane struck

We rented the surrey bikes at the BW as well and it was really a highlight of the trip that we still talk about. I had been wanting (or my kids had been wanting) to do it for a while and I'm really glad we did. It makes for great memories!
