boardwalk 1 BR refurb

We are staying at boardwalk for the first time this spring in a 1 BR. does anyone know if these are completed? We usually stay at beach club but decided to try boardwalk due to all the construction going on at bcv. thanks!

They do refurbishments by area, not by room type. You can request a refurbished 1BR with your room request, but obviously there's no guarantee.

Hopefully, they'll be done with the whole resort by spring.

They are currently working on the second floor, lobby level, Standard view/pool view wing. As I understand it the rooms in that section above have already been completed. I think that there may only be that floor and the one below it to finish although I haven't done any other scouting.
