I only know of one because it was a high school boarding school and we played them in basketball in 7th and 8th Grade(and they were full of Sophomores and Juniors...and we only lost by 2 points each time). It was Deerfield Academy. They had amazing food and there Dining Hall reminded me of Harry Potter. And I think the Kennedy's went there

I've always wanted to go to one considered it, ive been private school but never boarding... I wouldnt actually mind an all girl school but thats just me. I'm not too guy crazy I mean I have a few guy friends but I wouldnt go crazy if I didnt see them every second. I dont know what my mom would say I know it came up with my dad once and he said all the kids there are depressed and all but I dont think thats real true.

PCA is the school in the TV programme Zoey 101 on the channel Nickelodeon.


And i do not know any boarding schools over here like that.

Isn't it filmed at Pepperdine University?
That's near here and it's super pretty (but impossible to get into). We've seen the Spears sisters hurrying around on campus when we went to a graduation.

I would have liked a boarding school I think.
My friend went to one in one of the Carolinas, but it was a military sort of academy. She liked it anyway.

ALL schools that are in tv shows are exaggerated.

Boarding schools generally don't look like that.
There's a boarding school about an hour from here, and it looks pretty much like a university campus that you'd see on the East coast.
It has strict dress code and it's hard to get into. Most people go on scholarship, because otherwise, it's pretty much the came cost as University. They usually accept people who are strong in a certain area, like the arts, or in the sciences.
And some go there for sports. You know the whole 'Imma gonna be like Sidney Crosby and go to prep school to play hockey.'
