boarding passes/luggage???

I have read that your boarding passes can be printed out and your luggage can be taken to specific airlines upon your checkout from the resort.

Is this a part of Magical Express or is it available to all guests?

Specifically, I will not be using ME. We have a car rental. But could we have our luggage taken (Jet Blue) and avoid the whole counter thing at MCO and go right to security? How nice would that be that we could just drop off the car rental and only have to carry kids and carryons!!!

Yes, you can do that. It is only sort of part of DME, but anyone can use it as long as the airline is participating..and JetBlue is. It's a terrific service. The one thing to remember is..everyone flying should be at that counter. Don't plan on getting everyone's boarding passes while they are off eating. It is handled exactly like the counter at the airport...everyone should have their travel ID's out and ready. Also, get there earlier rather than later. I have seen very long lines later in the morning. I like to be there before 8 am. The other thing to keep in mind is that the desk doesn't open until around 5 am and you have to checkin no less than 3 hrs before your flight. So, if you have a 7 am flight, you can't use this service. And the desks close at 2 pm, if I remember correctly.
