Food and wine festival in the fall.....very busy at epcot resorts then.

and the usual suspects.....whenever there is a holiday.

Flower and Garden fest is the onl thing running that time of year.

Are you asking if anything particular happens at the Beach Club to stay away from or in the parks?

At the Beach Club, nothing that I can think of. Stormalong Bay is sure to get crowded certain times of the day.

In the parks, Mothers Day can get a bit crowded as can any weekend during the Flower & Garden Festival (which is wonderful by the way.)
