If Holiday Villa do you wish to Rent It out ( Short Term Rental ) ?

Many Communities Do NOT allow this

Do you wish to go for Long term Rental ?

Check that you DO get paid for Rental ... Villas Can be Thrashed

By Angry " Evicted " renters ( Who Fail to pay last 6 months rent )

( C ) Do you require a Mortgage ? Or have you Cash ?


( D ) Have you Checked out the Running Costs ?

Many Communities Have hidden Costs Like Home Owners Fees &

Extra for Golf Membership.


( E ) Lastly If you have $ Cash could you do better with it

than buying a villa and all the headaches that goes with it

If you live many hundreds of miles away from villa.

I recently did this in Kissimmee and if you want advice or information you are welcome to PM me. I don't want to discuss the particulars on the boards. We bought our four bedroom home in May of 2013.
