I have a hotel reserved for Star Wars Celebration as a backup, but the BnB options are much less expensive. For anyone who has ever booked one, when is the ideal window to do so? Are there any important things to look for when searching the listings?

Most important piece of advice for booking any short term rental (VRBO, Air BnB) in Anaheim:

"Do you have your permit for running a short-term rental in Anaheim?"

That will immediately weed out the most unscrupulous ones.
