BMV Self Park question

BWV has two self park areas - the large right hand lot and the mid-size left hand lot. The left lot is shared with valet parking. Starting in 2005, valet has been expanding every year we are there to take up more and more of the left hand lot. In 2007, workmen took over the last of the close by part of the lot by the tennis courts and guests now had to park in the far reaches of the lot past the guard shack. Given valet is usually 80% empty when we are there in the summer (which is a peak time of year by points at least) and given the workmen never did more than store trailers and other junk in the tennis court area, I wondered if the workmen are gone and parking is back for guests in this area. We are going next month and was just curious as this parking area is great if you have a unit in the rear near the quiet pool and you really don't want to use valet.

The whole front row of this lot bordering the water/pond is handicapped. Behind it is the lot that was once ~25% valet and 75% for guests and is now 80/20 the other way. You enter by taking a left right after the security shack at the entrance.
