Is this a place that can be reserved through Disney Dining or no?

You can make reservations through Disney Dining but they do not accept any of the DDP credits or the DDE discounts there.

I always make a reservation thru Disney, and never had a problem.

I reserved through Disney Dining phone center without problems. Not only can you not use the dining plan here, you also cannot charge the meal using your key to the world ket card. I had to make sure I brought another form of payment.

That meal was so good and worth every penny! Enjoy!

I just tried to make a reservation for a Swan/Dolphin restaurant through their website and it looked like you had to be a guest of their resort to do it....does anyone have a direct link if I am misunderstanding this?

This is not a Disney restaurant and it is not located at a Disney resort. While the Swan and Dolphin are on WDW property, they are completely independent. Bluezoo accepts no discounts, is not on the dining plan and you cannot pay using your room key unless you are staying at the Swan or Dolphin.
