I may be mistaken. Isn't there a Blues Brothers show at Universal? Are there any other shows there other then Beetlejuice?

Yes, there is a Blues Brothers show (between Kong and Twister) several times per day. Other shows include Animal Planet Live (opening soon), Gory Grusome Grotesque Makeup Show, Wild West Stunt Spectacular, Barney, and a few others.
