Sure! It's a fantastic restaurant. One of the best on Disney Property (although, not in a Disney property).
To start, there's a fun lounge, staffed with well-trained bartenders and plenty of specialty drinks. I'd even go as far to say that the bartenders at bluezoo are the most knowledgable and creative in any of the resort retaurants.
The food is excellent. Although it is a seafood restaurant, and the menu makes no secret of that, you'll find that the preparations are varied, both in region and flavor. If you like fish (and, you really should, if you're going to eat there), you will find plenty to like. The menu changes often, so I won't make any recommendations, but I will say that there is a Chef's Menu created daily that is well worth the money, if you're looking for a romantic dinner for two.
Just as a small tip: when we were last there, we were able to see most of the aerial part of Illuminations through the window next to our table. It's nothing to get too excited about, but it was a fun little surprise.
