We had dinner at Todd English's Blue Zoo in the Dolphin tonight. It was fantastic!!!!! Simply a must for the those of you who love the Flying Fish. The seafood is wonderful!
We started we the Crab Gnoccho appetizer that we shared, yummy. Along with the fresh bread it was a great start to the dinner.
I had Chilled Maine Lobster Tail & added on the Zaatar spice roast carrots. (very good)

DH had the Simply Fish which was the fresh fish. You have a choice of three different fish. He chose the Atlantic Salmon with warm dijon mustard cream crab sauce. He said it was (great)

A nice place for a Anniversary Dinner by the way. :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

July is right...great place for a special occasion dinner. Especially once the sun sets...blue just radiates the place with all the low lights and glass hanging from the ceiling. Very beautiful.

Food and service are wonderful also.

Thanks for the review. Maybe you or someone else can answer a question I have about this restaurant. We would like to dine there when we go in October. Can we make a PS for Blue Zoo the normal way (WDW-DINE) or would we have to actually call the restaurant to get a regular reservation?

I'm not sure about PS. But I would try WDW Dine. It is still fairly new. So word hasn't gotten around yet. Beautiful place. Thursday nights they have live entertainment in the lounge area, I think that is what the server said.

PS was available through normal WDW dining call. But, if you get a new cast member, please note they might have to look it up under the full name: Todd English's Blue Zoo.

I am debating between Blue Zoo and Flying Fish one night in October. We will be walking form Epcot. What would you guys choose?

Thanks for the review, July. We've got a reservation in 3 weeks' time and I can't wait!

MickeyMike, I booked online at Todd English's bluezoo. I got an email confirmation.

PatriciaH, Flying Fish is a great restaurant. If you haven't been before, you won't go far wrong. However, I would be tempted to try bluezoo - it's still very new and it gets great reviews wherever I look.
