Has anyone stayed here before? I just bought a timeshare there for $3.29 on eBay and I'm freaking out a bit.

Well, you get what you pay for!!!

BT is an old time share resort in a nice location just east of the entrance to Disney that comes in by Downtown Disney and down Hotel Row.But some of the units, expecially the one bedrooms are pretty basic and in need of major upgrade...but for 3.29 what can you say.
The folks that I know that own there still pay pretty hefty annual fee for an aging little one bedroom...
For less than the annual fee they could get a nice 2/2 at Windsor Palms or other nice condo resort close to Disney...
Obviously I am not a fan of time shares, but I do wish the best...If you spend most all your time outside or in the parks, most anyplace will do if the price is right...

good luck...Ted

I'm a BIG fan of timeshares, but not familiar with that one. Real estate transactions on ebay are not binding, so you can always back out. I suggest you go over to www.tug2.net to learn more about what you've purchased before you sign all the paperwork.

Generally, Orlando timeshares are not highly valued because there are so many of them and the maintenance fees tend to be on the high side because they have to compete to stay at the top of the heap. I own a couple there, though, and enjoy using them.
