Blue Mickey Ears?

Anyone know when and how they will release these? some testers promissed a "special surprise on how to get blue ears soon" back in October. Well now it's Feb 2006 and anything? Any rumors? Something? I want those ears

Are you sure they were they talking about a hat like the black, gold or staff green ears

Because at the end of October, they DID release Sorceror Mickey ears, like these: , for a limited time.

Blue Mickey ears are Host only ears and will "never" be released to the general population.

Both Pirate Steve and Maleficent are correct.

They did re-release the Sorcerer Mickey hat, which some have referred to
as "blue ears". But the really Mickey hat with blue ears, similar to the
green ears the staff members wear, are only available to testers.

Everything I've read seems to be that the tester ears won't be given to
the player population.

yes i have seen blue ears on yavn once in a thread but i have never seen them in person so it may be a special thing for all the testers like the staff has green ears the testers have blue mickey ears

Back a few months ago, I seem to recall Yavn saying the blue ears might be available for purchase "well after Frontierland". That was a while back, so they may have changed their mind or I had misinterpreted his comment.

Green ears are the staff only item, not the blue ones.

Edit- Went back to try to find a screenie of the blue hat, but could not find; however, I was able to find this saying more hats on way...

I was under the impression that "Blue Ears" are HOST or staff only not just from comments made in the game but from the list of items...where it clearly says "moderator" but with all things VMK anything can change at a moments notice and we will just have to wait and see.

last thing i heard was back in October as well while Yavn was wearing the Blue Mickey Ears Many People including I asked how can we get them? will they be available? and his response was clearly:
"The Blue Ears Will Be A Surprise"

Even though in the coding site it says *Moderator* That does not make sense at all... if the testers are showing us new hats/costumes and other things they will not have time to wear the ears like they do always like staff have to wear there green ears.

P.S. -- I Will Ask Yavn Through A Message if He Gets On VMK Today But Usually He Is Busy And Can Not Answer.
