Blue Man Tix Thru UT?

Undercover Tourist offers a pretty good discount for Blue Man Group tix, way better price than through the BMG website, lower cost, no tax, and free shipping. But, they are apparently not date or performance specific - the instructions are to call to schedule your visit when you receive your tickets (sounds like you get a ticket voucher).

Has anyone done this? Can you get poncho rows tickets when calling? Or do they stick you in the rear of the auditorium? We went a couple of years ago with front row seats and loved that experience. I like to save some $$ but not at the expense of possibly not getting poncho area seats.

i would order direct from bmg and select the seats in advance.

there was a promo not too long ago where you could buy a discounted ticket the day of the show.
from what i read, it appeared those that did that, filled in open seats, not poncho seating.

the person would stop by the box office during the day, buy the ticket for that night performance.
good discount but not the seats up front.

check out bmg website and see if any promos will be offered for the time period of your trip.
if you have the AP, you can get a discount most of the time.

Front row, front row, did it once had the best time. Guess it's the website for me - if we go. Short five day trip with a lot already planned, not sure if we can squeeze it in.

last time i went, row 4, center section.
front row was sold out on the date i wanted.....

since it is a new show this year, i imagine many will be going back to see it.

I ordered BMG tickets from UT last month for the last week of June. They are vochers. I called the box office as soon as I received them and got exactly the seats that I wanted. I pulled up the BMG seating chart on the computer when I was talking to the person so I could see exactly where the seats were. It did save a lot of money since I ordered 6 tickets.

We can not wait to see them. It will be our first time.
