Are you able to substitute something for the au gratin potatoes? I'm considering booking the fantasmic package, but I know that my son wouldn't eat the potatoes. TIA.

Usually places will allow you to substitute a side from one entree for a side from another entree.

I can't imagine that would be a problem. We usually order the salmon, which comes with risotto and substitute the potatoes.

It isn't an issue substituting
sides.
The augratin potatoes are tasty. I especially like the mashed potatoes. I have asked for substitutions on several occasions, never was a problem. My last visit I ended up with both potato sides. :) Double yum.

YMMV, but my son who is finicky beyond finicky got them to substitute french fries for the au gratins. I would not expect this, but it might be worth asking. Is the kitchen shared between Orleans and BB?

Yes, you can substitute. We did the F! package and asked for the Boursin mashed potatoes instead of the au gratin. They were sooo yummy! I asked for the recipe, but no one ever emailed me back about it :(

Also the menu was recently changed slightly and it doesn't look like it's been updated online. I don't remember all of the details but for one the Tesoro Island Chicken Breast has been replaced with citrus chicken.
