We are planning on having a late lunch/snack here, but looking at the menu there are no appetizers listed :confused3 Could we just have dessert?

I had just dessert there.. We had the creme brulee because I had been craving it for a while. This was about a year and a half ago, so I don't know if there's been a policy change

they have creme brulee??? May have to make reservations there too. yum!

Yum, I would love to make reservations for just dessert but am afraid the cm's wouldn't appreciate it.

You are allowed, but if you go for just dessert, I'd be sure to tip very, very well to compensate for taking up the server's table.

Thanks for the info :) We generally tip well. Just wanted to know if DD and I could have only dessert instead of splitting a Monte Cristo (for $36 after the split fee). Not sure we'll keep the seating since we can't get appy and dessert.

As you said, they don't have appetizers, but I did want to explain how the split fee works. You do not HAVE to pay the $12 split fee if you just literally want to split the entree in half. If you don't mind sharing the sandwich and the sides that come with it, you can just ask for an extra plate for free and split it yourself at the table. The split fee is implemented when you would EACH like your own soup or salad, your OWN potatoes, and your OWN vegetables. If you are fine with just splitting the portion given to you, then there is not an extra charge.

That makes a huge difference :) Thanks so much :flower3:
