Thanks Caseystigger. I have poured over those links and searched other sites and no luck. I find the pecan topping recipe but not the salad itself. I did find a pic of it. I can pretty much recreate the salad, I just need the dressing recipe. I think it was a lemon champagne vinaigrette. A friend of mine is moving out of state and she just loved this salad and I wanted to make it for her going away dinner party. Hopefully someone else might have some ideas. Thanks again.

I don't know the recipe, but just wanted to say my bf and I LOVE this salad! So so good!
