What is the difference between lunch and dinner blue bayoo ?

I know you get get a waterside table for lunch if your time is 11:30 am and check in right away. What about dinner when does it start is it the same to get the waterside table first there check in will get them?


Princess lunch I have AP so I know I can get a discount how many people can I get a discount for? There is 3 of us and then my sister and husband and daughter?

So can I get a table all together and get a discount for all of us or just a table or differn't reservations?

1 more ? on the meet and greets rewards card can I get 7 of us in or not I think it is 6 but not for sure.

Fantasmic ? if I get the dessert thing for the 9 pm showing can I stay and watch the fireworks or is the view crappy? Would I have to buy a dessert for my 2 yr old or can she sit on our laps?

The menus are slightly different (no monte christo at dinnertime) and the prices are higher for dinner. Have you looked at the menus online at allears.net and dlresortinfo dot com?

Those under 3 don't have a charge, but also don't have a seat. So she sits on your laps.

A few menu items are different at dinner, and all prices are higher.

Dinner starts service at 4pm I think. But you can get a late lunch ressie until 3pm. So there will already be dinners in there if you come for a 4pm dinner.

AP discounts cover everyone on your check. So you'd have to pay for everyone.

Yes, you can watch the fireworks after Fantasmic but you will only see the sky fireworks. You will miss all the show that happens on the castle and the Matterhorn.

I just phoned for Dinner reservations for April -- aimed for 5:15pm, where I was told I can show up at 5pm and ask for a waterside table. Then I would be told of any waiting period (up to 1hr +/-) where we would have to wait in the lobby - no go away and come back

Different menus but they are basically the same. For lunch you still get all the sides that you get for dinner. Lunch is also cheaper.

You can always request a waterside table at check in, they will tell you how long you have to wait for one. We've been once for dinner, no ressie but the weather was horrible, pouring rain. We walked up, got seated within 5 minutes and had a waterside table. That was not normal though, most people wait for the waterside seats.

She would sit on your lap, she will be free but be sure to mention her when making your ressies. You could watch the fireworks (I would imagine) but you'll miss the soundtrack that goes with it and really that's half the show.

I also booked blue bayou for 10 of us for 11:30 lunch may 28th it will be a lot easier to get waterside tables. They told me they could break us up for waterside tables which is fine with us.

I have to wait to get fantasmic tickets because of 30 days out.

Just check in EARLY, as early as they will let you, for your BB reservation. So no one sneaks in front of you and takes tables.

And make sure the people standing at the podium know that you are fine splitting up and that waterside is your priority.

The waterside tables are smallish and the seats closer to the barrier between restaurant and water are tight, just be aware of that.

I believe the largest tables waterside will only seat 4. I don't see how they could get 5 at those. So you might be split into 3 groups.

I don't know if maybe it was two tables pushed together, but when we were there in December of 2006 with a party of 7, we sat waterside. I think they can arrange it for you.
