Blue Bayou or Steakhouse 55?

I do not remember for sure but if dinner starts at 1630 there may not be a table available for another 45-90 minutes. Just can not remember if it is 1630 or 1700...in any case we get there 15 minutes early no matter what.

I think the dinner menu at the BB starts at 4:00pm.

In an e-mail today, I asked for the earliest dinner time for the Blue Bayou.

And Disney Dining responded with a 4:00pm reservation.
