Blue Bayou Lunch Opening?

Can anyone tell me what time Blue Bayou generally opens for lunch? My husband and I are trying to a little pre-planning of our June trip. TIA!

I believe it's 11:30.

I believe if you a have an 11:30 reservation, you are pretty much going to get a water side seat. That's been our experience in the past, which is why we always make a ps for 11:30.

Be there 15/20 minutes early to check in. The last 3 years it has worked for the 6 of us.
