Blue Bayou and Ordering Menu Choices?

Does each person have to order an entree at the Blue Bayou? Can you just get an appetizer and dessert or say a bowl of Gumbo and a salad? Just wondering if they will let you do that and if that is an option? What kind of ordering options do they have?

We have reservations there on Wednesday and an entree for each of us would be a lot of food.

Last time we were there I did not order a dinner. I asked for a bowl of gunbo and a glass of iced tea. There was not a problem. The gumbo is great!

Order what you want. If you don't want a full meal then don't get one.

I ordered a Salad, Potatoes & Veggies one time because I was vegetarian and the only non-meat thing they had on the menu was mushroom (which I don't like).

For an extra charge they will split the meat porttion and give you each your own sides & salad.

Oh good! That is what we'll do then, just get something small. I can't wait to eat there, this will be my third trip to DL and it is something I've always wanted to do!
