YUM, I love 'em! We are having lots of fresh tomatoes now so I am eating BLT's often. My poor DH has had to cut back though...because of meds he takes, he is having to leave off the tomatoes and lettuce. I feel guilty eating my BLT when he can't have it.

I love a good BL....mmmmmm. And I did mean to leave off the T. I dont like tomatos so just give me some nice, not to crisp bacon and tons of fresh lettuce. Yummy!

Does anybody put anything different on their BLTs? My mom always did the same BLT with Mayo but she also had peanutbutter on it. So that's the way I do it. YUM!!! Something about the peanutbutter and the tomato's acidy sweetness together.
