Considering spending points on theme park view for an upcoming trip. For those with young (3-9) kids, were they able to sleep through the fireworks? I'm ok with ours staying up 2 or 3 times, but don't want them doing that every night.

We've stayed in lake view before and loved it---I have great memories of holding our then 3mo DD while the sun came up over the lake. I'm happy to do that again (without the 5am wake up) and go to totwl when we want to see fireworks. But were considering if he splurge would make sense or not.

I think it totally depends on your kids. My son has slept through every single Fourth of July fireworks celebration. Not at Disney, but at a local beach and the fireworks are loud. He's six.

Yep we have had 3 rooms that had fireworks view (2 standard and 1 theme park view) and my kids (ages were 11 months - 4 years old) slept through them no issue the nights they were in bed during them.

With all the balcony doors shut, it's pretty quiet inside the villas during the fireworks. You can kind of hear them off in the distance. If you're already awake, it would probably keep you awake, but I don't think it would wake you up from sleep. If you put on a source of white noise, it'll probably completely drown it out to be sure... You can find white-noise tracks to play on your phone or if you have a white-noise machine you can bring that as well!
