BLT Taxes

I remember reading in the contract that the property taxes for BLT were estimated and going to be re-assessed since it was a new property. Does anyone know if this has happened and if this new assessment is reflected in the 2010 annual dues figures?

Yes, I believe that it was adjusted in the 2010 dues as we got a property tax credit from last year when the final bill came.
